How it works:
Security deposit of one night's stay plus taxes is required to reserve
your dates. Your full payment must be received and cleared along with
the NC rental agreement (we will send you) prior to occupancy. We will
send the agreement to you via fax or email at your request. Then,
return the agreement
via mail (if 14 days or more prior to check-in date) along with your
payment. We only accept checks from US Citizens drawn from a US bank.
Or, you may fax it to: 919-405-2542 and click here to pay via paypal if it is less than 14 days away from your arrival date or you are not a US Citizen.
